Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy (Only for Domestic Orders)

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • For returns, the refunded amount will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months.
  • For exchanges, customers can select a different size or product. If the new product is of higher value, the customer will pay the difference. If the new product is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
  • If the requested size for exchange is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Exclusions:

  • Products sold under special offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellations:

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, with refunds issued after deducting transaction charges.
  • Failed deliveries for prepaid orders due to unavailability or incorrect address/contact details are not eligible for a refund. Store credit will be issued after deducting logistic charges.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with price tags, original invoice, and labels.
  • Please take a picture of the product at the time of handing it over for reverse pickup, as incorrect product returns will not be accepted for exchange or return.
  • After receiving the product, it will undergo a QC process, taking 1-2 working days. Once approved, the new product will be dispatched, or store credit will be issued.

Important Information:

  • Effective from 1st October 2023, return and exchange requests can be generated from the link Return Prime. Please note that return pickup charges will be deducted from the store credit.
  • Return and exchange will be processed once per order.
